(WND) – Commenting on Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s victory in the Israeli election, Savage noted, “The real story is that Obama lost.”
“He spent all of his powers trying to defeat Netanyahu short of going to war with Israel,” he explained. “Those of you who are religious are celebrating today because it was God’s will that Netanyahu won. Pragmatically, though, the Jews in Israel know their backs are against the wall. Americans don’t really know what an existential threat to their survival means. They live in a dream world.”
“Now Obama is blaming Bush for the rise of ISIS,” a disgusted Savage said to his listeners.
“It was actually Obama who permitted the proliferation of ISIS by precipitously withdrawing troops from Iraq,” he explained. “But the ‘liar-in-chief’ continues to revise history by going to leftwing outlets, saying ridiculous things like, ‘We should generally aim before we shoot.’ So why doesn’t he aim at ISIS?”
