Breaking: Rep. Matt Gaetz Files Ethics Complaint Against Adam Schiff For “Rules Broken” And “False Statements” And “Lying To The Public” About Russia Collusion

(Breitbart) – Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) on Wednesday filed an ethics complaint against House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff (D-CA) over his handling of closed-door impeachment proceedings targeting President Donald Trump.

Gaetz, a member of the House Judiciary Committee, accused Schiff of distorting President Donald Trump’s July 25th telephone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and barring congressional lawmakers from attending impeachment depositions. The Florida Republican also accused the House intel panel chair of “lying to the public” about now-debunked collusion between the 2016 Trump campaign and Russia. He wrote in the complaint that the California Democrat’s conduct violates House rules XI & XXIII.

“Nancy Pelosi’s impeachment resolution gives unprecedented power to the intelligence committee chairman, Adam Schiff, and that’s deeply troubling,” Gaetz told reporters ahead of filing the complaint. “Schiff has proven in this process that he cannot adhere to the fundamental principles of fairness.”

The development comes after House Democrats on Tuesday released the text of a resolution they plan to vote on later this week to formalize impeachment inquiry procedures.

The document gives Schiff the lead role in the investigation, giving him power to organize the questioning of witnesses. The committee will take over the probe, which until now has been handled by three committees, including intelligence, foreign affairs, and oversight and reform.

Pelosi said the resolution was not legally necessary but the House decided to take the vote “to eliminate any doubt as to whether the Trump administration may withhold documents, prevent witness testimony, disregard duly authorized subpoenas, or continue obstructing the House of Representatives.”

“For weeks the president, his counsel in the White House and his allies in Congress have made the baseless claim that the House of Representatives’ impeachment inquiry ‘lacks the necessary authorization for a valid impeachment proceeding.’ They argue that, because the House has not taken a vote, they may simply pretend the impeachment inquiry does not exist,” she wrote.

White House press secretary Stephanie Grisham responded to the text’s release by calling the impeachment probe a “sham.”

“The White House is barred from participating at all, until after Chairman Schiff conducts two rounds of one-sided hearings to generate a biased report for the judiciary committee. Even then, the White House’s rights remain undefined, unclear and uncertain — because those rules still haven’t been written,” Grisham said in a statement.

Pelosi’s announcement came after weeks of pressure on Schiff (D-CA) from Republicans to bring transparency to the impeachment inquiry.

Schiff’s intel panel has interviewed several current and former Trump administration officials inside Capitol Hill’s SCIF room, known as a sensitive compartmented information facility. Republicans charge Schiff has no basis to use the secret room for interviews and have accused the California Democrat and his colleagues of selectively leaking excerpts of witnesses’ testimony to reporters. Last Wednesday, nearly 30 House Republicans attempted to storm the chamber as Laura Cooper, a top Pentagon official, was slated to testify.

Earlier this month, 185 House Republicans voted to condemn and censure Schiff over his handling of the impeachment probe.

Breaking: Anti-Trump Whistleblower’s Identity Revealed – Worked For Susan Rice, Obama, Also Helped Initiate The Russia Collusion Hoax Investigation!

The anti-Trump whistleblower behind the Ukraine witch hunt has likely been exposed.

(Gateway Pundit) – According to investigative reporter Paul Sperry, one person’s name keeps coming up in the impeachment hearings that fits the description of the whistleblower — Eric Ciaramella.

33-year-old Ciaramella is a registered Democrat, worked for Obama, worked for Biden, worked for CIA Director John Brennan, he’s a vocal critic of Trump and he helped initiate the ‘Russia collusion’ hoax investigation!

Ciaramella’s identity was an open secret in the DC swamp, says Paul Sperry.

Mr. Ciaramella is a CIA officer who specializes in Russia and Ukraine who was detailed to work in the National Security Council under Susan Rice in 2015.

He was then moved into the West Wing in 2017 to ‘fill a vacancy’ where he was able to ‘see and read everything.’

For a town that leaks like a sieve, Washington has done an astonishingly effective job keeping from the American public the name of the anonymous “whistleblower” who triggered impeachment proceedings against President Trump — even though his identity is an open secret inside the Beltway.

But the name of a government official fitting that description — Eric Ciaramella — has been raised privately in impeachment depositions, according to officials with direct knowledge of the proceedings, as well as in at least one open hearing held by a House committee not involved in the impeachment inquiry. Fearing their anonymous witness could be exposed, Democrats this week blocked Republicans from asking more questions about him and intend to redact his name from all deposition transcripts.

RealClearInvestigations is disclosing the name because of the public’s interest in learning details of an effort to remove a sitting president from office. Further, the official’s status as a “whistleblower” is complicated by his being a hearsay reporter of accusations against the president, one who has “some indicia of an arguable political bias … in favor of a rival political candidate” — as the Intelligence Community Inspector General phrased it circumspectly in originally fielding his complaint.

Federal documents reveal that the 33-year-old Ciaramella, a registered Democrat held over from the Obama White House, previously worked with former Vice President Joe Biden and former CIA Director John Brennan, a vocal critic of Trump who helped initiate the Russia “collusion” investigation of the Trump campaign during the 2016 election.

“Everyone knows who he is. CNN knows. The Washington Post knows. The New York Times knows. Congress knows. The White House knows. Even the president knows who he is,” said Fred Fleitz, a former CIA analyst.

According to Sperry, Ciaramella worked with DNC operative Alexandra Chalupa, who dug up dirt on Trump’s 2016 campaign chairman Paul Manafort.

The Mueller special counsel was created based on a bogus dossier with connections back to the Ukraine.

As we reported in December 2018, Ukrainian official Andrii Telizhenko was approached by DNC operative Alexandra Chalupa in early 2016. Chalupa wanted dirt on candidate Trump and his campaign manager Paul Manafort. The Ukrainian embassy in Washington DC worked CLOSELY with the DNC operative Chalupa.

Chalupa told Andrii she wanted Russian “dirt” on the Trump campaign.

Alexandra Chalupa was apparently hired by the DNC going as far back as 2013. According to Politico, shortly before the election:

A daughter of Ukrainian immigrants who maintains strong ties to the Ukrainian-American diaspora and the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine, Chalupa, a lawyer by training, in 2014 was doing pro bono work for another client interested in the Ukrainian crisis and began researching Manafort’s role in Yanukovych’s rise, as well as his ties to the pro-Russian oligarchs who funded Yanukovych’s political party.”

According to Politico, Chalupa claimed that in October of 2015 she began investigating Trump’s ties to Russia. Why she began this investigation is completely unknown. The only thing of significance that had happened at this point was that Trump announced he was running for office. There was no apparent triggering event. Candidate Trump had very limited contact with Russia or Russia businessmen.

Lying Adam Schiff’s dungeon impeachment sham is based on this exact same scenario. President Trump asked the Ukraine’s newly elected leader to look into the beginnings of the Russia Witchhunt in the Ukraine. Liberal Democrats believe this is a crime even though their bogus Mueller investigation started based on the exact same bogus actions tied to the Ukraine and Chalupa.

And now we know that the CIA “whistleblower” Eric Ciaramella worked with Chalupa in the creation of the Trump-Russia hoax.

Ciaramella worked closely with corrupt DNC operative Alexandra Chalupa back in 2015.

And Ciaramella worked with a Democratic National Committee operative who dug up dirt on the Trump campaign during the 2016 election, inviting her into the White House for meetings, former White House colleagues said. The operative, Alexandra Chalupa, a Ukrainian-American who supported Hillary Clinton, led an effort to link the Republican campaign to the Russian government. “He knows her. He had her in the White House,” said one former co-worker, who requested anonymity to discuss the sensitive matter.

Documents confirm the DNC opposition researcher attended at least one White House meeting with Ciaramella in November 2015. She visited the White House with a number of Ukrainian officials lobbying the Obama administration for aid for Ukraine.

With Ciaramella’s name long under wraps, interest in the intelligence analyst has become so high that a handful of former colleagues have compiled a roughly 40-page research dossier on him. A classified version of the document is circulating on Capitol Hill, and briefings have been conducted based on it. One briefed Republican has been planning to unmask the whistleblower in a speech on the House floor.

Kamala Harris Laying Off Dozens Of Campaign Staffers

(Breitbart) – Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) has been forced to lay off dozens of campaign staffers at her Baltimore headquarters as her flailing bid for the White House continues to suffer from poor polling figures and money woes, according to a report.

Politico writes Wednesday that in addition to the layoffs in Baltimore, Harris’s campaign is also slashing or re-deploying staff at her offices in key primary states such as Iowa, New Hampshire, and California. Further, the Harris campaign is cutting salaries of top officials, including campaign manager Juan Rodriguez, who was earning $10,000 per month. “Harris’ consultants will also have their payments reduced and the campaign plans to trim and renegotiate other contracts to slash overhead,” Politico reports.

Harris’ sluggish fundraising performance, paired with overspending, has prompted some inside and outside of her campaign to wonder how long she can keep running for the highest office in the land. In the third quarter, Harris blew $14.6 million but only raised $11.8 million — leaving her with a $2.8 million spending gap. Additionally, her campaign deferred around $900,000 in debts, an accounting trick that inflated her cash on hand.

“It’s an unsustainable path,” Ami Copeland, who served as deputy national finance director for Barack Obama’s 2008 campaign, told Politico.

“If that’s the best you’ll squeeze out bringing all of the assets to bear, it’s looking very dire,” Copeland said of Harris’ third-quarter figures.

One unnamed Democrat donor, who gave the maximum amount to Harris’ campaign, expressed frustration with her lack of fundraising prowess.

“She’s from fucking California. The idea that you don’t have support of high-dollar donors doesn’t make any sense,” the donor told Politico. “I blame her.”

Harris, whose poll numbers have steadily declined since launching her White House bid in January, sits in fifth place with 4.9 percent support nationally, a Real Clear Politics average of polls shows. A recently-released KQED survey shows Harris quickly losing ground to frontrunners, Sens. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) Bernie Sanders (I-VT) in her home state of California. The poll shows Warren leading with primary voters with 28 percent, while Sanders enjoys 24 percent support and former Vice President Joe Biden at 19 percent. South Bend Mayor Pete Buttigieg sits in fourth with 9 percent followed by Harris with a mere 8 percent.

As reported yesterday, news on the Internet is spreading quickly. Many now believe there are at minimum connections between Adam Schiff’s leaker, aka the “whistleblower,” to the now infamous Eric Ciaramella – Obama’s Director of Ukraine at the NSC.

Here’s more on the infamous Director of NSC for Obama in the Ukraine. Somehow this guy is believed to be very close to the leaker that Adam Schiff refuses to provide to the American public. For starters, it turns out that the fake Russia collusion junk dossier was initiated on the same day by the same people that met Eric Ciaramella.

We also know that Ciaramella was involved in the transfer of money from the IMF to the Ukraine –

When at Yale, Ciaramella was involved in protests to the firing of a professor by the name of Bassam Frangieh. This professor is connected to Hamas and Hezbollah.

Also, as reported yesterday regarding Deep State actions surrounding Italy, Ciaramello, attended the Remzi dinner which included a Who’s Who in the Swampfest along with Kerry, Biden, Clapper, Valerie Jarrett, Loretta Lynch, etc.

Then you have two former NSC aides to Schiff talking to another NSC whistleblower (Ciaramella) whom all three are Obama holdovers that also worked for Trump and Biden and are magically all involved in the Ukraine whistleblower event.

And apparently Ciaramella is in pretty tight with Nuland and crazy Kavalec, sending them a classified email while working for the NSC –
