OBAMA HAS THEM RESERVED FOR TERRORIST ONLY…

Democrats Just Introduced This INSANE Bill To BAN These Guns… Is YOURS On The List?

DECEMBER 31, 2015 9:38 AM
(AFF) – A group of 123 Democrats in the House of Representatives is planning to rewrite the Second Amendment by redefining “assault weapons” as basically anything semiautomatic with a high capacity magazine or has the ability to have harmless accessories. We KNEW this would happen from the day that Obama stepped into the White House.
Mac Slavo at SHTFplan.com reports that in the wake of the Sandy Hook shootings we warned that sweeping changes were in the works for Americans’ right to bear arms. It started with ammunition tax proposals, restrictions on firearm accessories imports and most recently Governors began bypassing Congress altogether by banning gun ownership for those on any of thegovernment’s many watchlists. The Obama administration has also targeted licensed firearms sellers across the United States by forcing banks to treat them like pornography businesses and impeding their access to transaction processing systems and business banking accounts.
States like California already ban “assault weapons” and outlaw “high capacity” magazines that can hold more than ten rounds of ammunition. But the kinds of restrictive laws that strike at the very heart of the Second Amendment of the U.S. Constitution have thus far been limited to just a dozen or so heavily liberal states.
Until now.
ColdDeadHandsAd
While Americans anxiously prepared for their Christmas festivities, anti gun proponents in Congress were hard at work drafting a new bill. If passed H.R. 4269 would literally redefine the Second Amendment as evidenced by the bill’s description, which in no uncertain terms clarifies its ultimate goal:
“To regulate assault weapons, to ensure that the right to keep and bear arms is not unlimited, and for other purposes.”
The bill directly targets every semi-automatic firearm in the United Statesincluding handguns, shotguns and rifles. It specifically mentions certain firearms and manufacturers, including the popular AR-15 and AK-47 rifles.
Because the law is Federal it would blanket the country with new restrictions, includingmaking it illegal to own any magazine that exceeds a capacity of ten (10) rounds.
And here’s the kicker, even if your weapon has a legally-defined low capacity detachable magazine but is modified with any of the following accessories, it is considered an “assault rifle” and would be outright banned in the United States.
Semiautomatic rifle that has the capacity to accept a detachable magazine and any 1 of the following:
“(i) A pistol grip.
“(ii) A forward grip.
“(iii) A folding, telescoping, or detachable stock.
“(v) A barrel shroud.
“(vi) A threaded barrel.
“(B) A semiautomatic rifle that has a fixed magazine with the capacity to accept more than 10 rounds, except for an attached tubular device designed to accept, and capable of operating only with, .22 caliber rimfire ammunition.
“(C) Any part, combination of parts, component, device, attachment, or accessory that is designed or functions to accelerate the rate of fire of a semiautomatic rifle but not convert the semiautomatic rifle into a machinegun.
To be clear, the new bill puts all half measures aside and goes for the jugular.
This is the worst case scenario that many Americans have feared.
If you own a weapon on the ban list or have accessories as described by the bill, your firearm will be outlawed in the United States of America.
SEC. 3.RESTRICTIONS ON ASSAULT WEAPONS AND LARGE CAPACITY AMMUNITION FEEDING DEVICES
(a) In General.—Section 922 of title 18, United States Code, is amended—
(1) by inserting after subsection (u) the following:
“(v) (1) It shall be unlawful for a person to import, sell, manufacture, transfer, or possess, in or affecting interstate or foreign commerce, a semiautomatic assault weapon.
“(37) The term ‘large capacity ammunition feeding device’
“(A) means a magazine, belt, drum, feed strip, or similar device, including any such device joined or coupled with another in any manner, that has an overall capacity of, or that can be readily restored, changed, or converted to accept, more than 10 rounds of ammunition;
“(w) (1) It shall be unlawful for a person to import, sell, manufacture, transfer, or possess, in or affecting interstate or foreign commerce, a large capacity ammunition feeding device.
The bill was introduced in Congress on Decemeber 16, 2015 and currently has 123 co-sponsors – all democrats.
We know that gun bans don’t work but one can’t help but think the agenda goes much further than the notion that they want to make us safer. If that were the case then our lawmakers wouldn’t allow drug cartels, gang members and Islamic terrorists to cross into the U.S. through our porous southern border.
The reality is that a cloud of tyranny has descended upon America. For it to be successful the American people must first be disarmed.
As history has proven time and again, a disarmed populace can easily be led to slaughter. But unlike the tens of millions executed in ethnic, religious and political cleansings of the 20th century, Americans have a rich tradition of personal liberty and the right to bear arms. It is embedded in our culture and our founding document. And as Texas police chief Randy Kennedy recently warned, if the government pushes too far they may well incite a revolution.

Hillary Clinton Goes Against Obama, Declares ISIS Attacks On Christians As ‘Genocide’

DECEMBER 31, 2015 9:34 AM
(Daily Caller) – Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton came out Tuesday and proclaimed that the systemic attacks against Christians by the Islamic State constitute genocide.
Clinton’s off the cuff remarks distances her from the Obama administration, which infamously has refused to classify the brutal attacks as genocide, The Washington Post reports. Such a classification could place legal obligations on the White House to take action to prevent the genocide.
While in New Hampshire at a town hall event on Tuesday, Clinton said that she previously avoided using the term because of a lack of evidence, but quickly added, said “I will because now we have enough evidence.”
“What is happening is genocide,” Clinton added, according to ABC News. “Deliberately aimed at destroying not only the lives, but wiping out the existence of Christians and other religious minorities in the Middle East in territories controlled by ISIS, and so I agree with you.”
Her latest move marks an attempt to court support from Christian voters, who are furious at the Obama administration’s dodging of the issue. For many Christians, the fact that the State Department has sidestepped the discussion is another example of anti-Christian sentiment. Her comment also serves to fend off charges from Republicans of a politically correct foreign policy, a charge which has featured center stage in many of the GOP primary debates.
Aside from the presidential race, several legislators have taken notice as well. GOP Rep. Dana Rohrabacher recently introduced a bill, the Save Christians from Genocide Act, to give Christians and Yazidis priority refugee status because ISIS is consistently targeting those two religious groups for annihilation. The bill would force the State Department to do something it has been totally unwilling to do: declare the attacks against Christians as genocide.
Shibley Telhami, a political scientist at the University of Maryland, told The Washington Post that many Democrats hesitate to frame group conflict in terms of irreconcilable religious differences, preferring instead to point to political, economic and sociological disparities.
“This is a world view that does not accept that violence and terrible behavior is rooted in principle in religion, but instead in other political, economic or social factors,” Telhami said.
But devotion to the universalistic framework adopted by many Democrats, Telhami said, has to be balanced against the fact that there are a substantial number of Christians within the Democratic Party.

Barack Obama: ‘A Pretty Sizeable Percentage’ of World Leaders are ‘Out of Their Minds’

DECEMBER 31, 2015 9:21 AM
‘The longer they stay in office, the more likely that is to happen’.
(Independent) – President Barack Obama has admitted that a “pretty sizeable percentage” of world leaders are “out of their minds”.
The President made the admission to Jerry Seinfeld for an episode of Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee.
In the begining of the clip, Seinfeld arrives at the White House and even helps himself to an apple from the Oval office, much to the President’s mock disapproval.
“I always wanted to be in a show about nothing and here I am,” Obama remarked to Seinfeld a they took a seat in the infamous presidential ‘beast’ vehicle.
Over coffee in a White House cafe, Seinfeld asks Mr Obama: “How many world leaders do you think are just completely out of their mind?”
“A pretty sizeable percentage,” Obama confirmed.
Seinfeld proceeded: “Some of these people, you must meet them, you must be chatting and you see it in their eyes… you go ‘oh, this guys gone’.”
Without naming names, the 54-year-old President proposed: “Part of what happens with these guys, is the longer they stay in office, the more likely that is to happen,” which Seinfeld appeared to agree with interjecting: “Of course, they lose it.”
Mr Obama elaborated: “At a certain point your feet hurt and you’re having trouble peeing, [but] you have absolute power.”
“Privelege is toxic”, Seinfeld suggested, to which Mr Obama agreed: “It really is.”
Another highlight of the 18-minute segment was Mr Obama admitting his most popular fanbase is usually children.
“I do really well with the 0-8 demographic, partly because my ears are big so I look a little like a cartoon character and then little kids like saying my name but it’s all one big name like ‘barackobama’.”
The clip ends with Mr Obama taking the 1963 Corvette for a spin around the White House grounds.
Mr Obama, who’s two-term presidency will finish in January, 2017 made another television appearance recently when he joined Bear Grylls for a hike in Alaska. There, he undertook a number of challenges such as sampling some salmon half-chewed by a bear but stopped short of drinking his own urine, saying “It’s not something I’d make a habit of.”

GO THIRD PARTY, YOU'LL STILL WIN...

WAR: Republican Elite Fight to Stop Trump and Cruz

DECEMBER 31, 2015 9:13 AM
(Washington Post) – Chris Christie is the consummate New Hampshire candidate, all the way down to his silver lapel pin in the outline of the Granite State.
Yet this week the New Jersey governor was in a relative wilderness, caravaning along the slushy roads of eastern Iowa and sporting a different pin on his suit jacket: the Iowa state flag.
“I want your vote,” Christie told a hundred Iowans bundled up inside a coffee shop here Tuesday morning. “I’m not here just to get a Fox News show or a book deal or something else. I want to be president.”
While New Hampshire remains the hub of activity for Christie and other establishment-favored Republican candidates, including former Florida governor Jeb Bush and Sen. Marco Rubio (Fla.), Iowa has suddenly emerged as a playground of opportunity, where an intense and stealthier battle among them is getting underway.
None of the establishment candidates expects to win Iowa, but associates of Christie, Bush and Rubio see an opportunity for a victory of momentum — and positive media coverage — for whoever can capture the most mainstream Republican support. That faction, which the campaigns see as up for grabs, is estimated at anywhere from 20 to 35 percent of the electorate.
“There’s a lot to be won out here,” said David Kochel, Bush’s chief strategist and a veteran Iowa operative. “It’s probably the most undecided bloc of voters that you could find. It shows up in every poll, and I think they’re coming largely out of this lane. People wait, they kick the tires, they see who comes, they go to town halls, and they make up their minds late.”
The moderates have another motivation: to somehow slow Texas Sen. Ted Cruz and Donald Trump, who have dominated the polls here for weeks. Many Republican leaders worry that if the two win big on caucus night, they could be hard to stop elsewhere.
A wild card could be Rubio, who has some crossover appeal and is trying to position himself to take a run at Trump and Cruz. The Florida senator has four offices in the state and traversed it this week with his wife, four kids and latest high-profile backer, Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-S.C.).
“I hope to earn your support in the caucuses,” Rubio said Tuesday at a town hall meeting in Waterloo. But, he added, “I know you have a lot of choices.”
The voters the establishment candidates are going after in Iowa, including business people and farmers, are described by the campaigns as motivated more by economic interests and perceived electability against Democratic front-runner Hillary Clinton than by conservative ideology. They also make up the political base of Terry Branstad, the state’s even-tempered and long-serving Republican governor.
The Branstad coalition has forcefully reasserted itself in local politics the past few years but is splintered in the presidential race as the governor has stayed firmly on the sidelines. Many figures in Branstad’s orbit, such as his 2014 reelection campaign senior staff, some top fundraisers and daughter-in-law Adrianne, are working for Christie, while some others, including Kochel, are helping Bush.
Douglas E. Gross, an unaffiliated Iowa Republican leader, said that unlike in 2012, when mainstream Republicans united behind Mitt Romney and nearly helped him win, this cycle they “have been sitting there forever without a candidate of their own.”
David Axelrod, a Democratic strategist who helped run President Obama’s 2008 and 2012 campaigns, has been closely watching the GOP scene in Iowa. He said the establishment free-for-all here, as well as in New Hampshire, is particularly threatening to Rubio.
“If he gets dumped into fourth or fifth place in both of these states, maybe he lives to fight another day, but I can’t think that’s helpful,” Axelrod said. “He’s right now the flavor of choice among the conventional thinkers, but he’s got to do reasonably well.”
Stuart Stevens, who served as Romney’s chief strategist in 2012, cautioned that the jockeying to finish in the top tier in Iowa might not matter as much as some of the campaigns may think.
“My theory is that unless you actually win a state, it doesn’t really help you much. I don’t buy that second or third helps you. I don’t think anyone cares,” Stevens said.
Of the establishment contenders, Rubio has been performing the strongest, running third behind Cruz and Trump with 12 percent in the Real Clear Politics average of recent state polls. Bush is at 4.8 percent, and Christie is at 2.3 percent. Ohio Gov. John Kasich, another establishment candidate, is at 1.5 percent, though he has had a more limited presence in Iowa.
Craig Robinson, the founder and editor of IowaRepublican.com and a former state GOP operative, said of the establishment dynamic: “It’s the most interesting race in Iowa, to be quite honest. I don’t think Rubio has put enough distance between himself and the Christies and Jebs of the world. That leaves the door cracked open.”
This explains why Christie spent two full days campaigning in Iowa this week. (He planned a third, though scratched his events Monday after a snowstorm caused his flight to be canceled; he instead drove four hours from Chicago O’Hare International Airport.)
In January, Christie said, he intends to “evenly split” his time here and in New Hampshire. That would represent a change from what has been a New Hampshire-heavy schedule.
As in New Hampshire, Christie’s favorability ratings here have improved in recent months, while his Iowa campaign has quietly built an organization on the ground.
Christie sees an opportunity to spring a surprise on the pundit class by gobbling up mainstream caucus votes. He is eyeing places such as Cedar Rapids, Davenport, Dubuque and Des Moines — eastern and central Iowa cities where Republicans are more business-minded and less hard-line conservative than in the evangelical strongholds further west or in rural areas.
“We’re under no illusions about how difficult Iowa is, but we certainly feel like we can compete and improve,” said Mike DuHaime, Christie’s strategist.
Bush is perceived to have the most seasoned organization. Many GOP figures here are loyal to his family, having worked on the campaigns of his father and brother, both former presidents, going back to 1980. Bush’s super PAC, Right to Rise, has invested substantially here, blanketing the state with television advertisements for several months.
So far, at least, these efforts have not paid dividends. His campaign announced Wednesday it had canceled its advertising plans in Iowa, a sign of its difficulty raising money, but is growing its staff in the state to 20. Bush’s allied super PAC will continue airing ads. Although Bush increasingly has focused his campaign time in New Hampshire, he plans to make a three-day swing across Iowa beginning Jan. 11.
Bush is chasing voters such as Steve Schwemm, 66, a retired teacher who is a Republican but resists the hard-line conservatism of candidates such as Cruz. Schwemm said he is open to supporting Bush, but doubts he has a chance at winning the nomination, so at the moment he is more intrigued by Rubio and Christie.
Taking his seat at the Waterloo Center for the Arts to watch Rubio campaign, Schwemm said, “I think he’s very electable. He’s a great debater, and in this day and age, that’s a skill you have to have. I think he’s young, dynamic and energetic.”
Then again, he said, “I like the straightforwardness of Chris Christie. I really do.”

Obama’s New Immigration Order Designed to “Override Visa Caps”

Obama’s New Immigration Order Designed to “Override Visa Caps”

DECEMBER 31, 2015 8:59 AM
(Washington Examiner) – The Federal Register will publish a new Department of Homeland Security regulation Thursday that instructs the State Department to give millions of employment authorization documents to aliens prior to authorizing green cards.
The new regulation was designed to override current visa caps outlined in the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952.
“This is a backdoor plan to circumvent Congress and bust immigration caps, executed during a time of record immigration, lowering wages and eliminating jobs for Americans,” an anonymous Senate staffer told the Washington Examiner.
Liberalism
The move comes after a discovery earlier this year that the Obama administration had printed up millions of work permits to issue to people who are in the country illegally.
Members of the House and Senate had requested appropriators defund the extra documents, but their attempts were denied.
Funding was included in the recently omnibus budget bill.

ISIS IN CHIEF PROTECTING OUR MORTAL ENEMIES…

Obama’s New Immigration Plan Offers Work-Permits To Foreigners Slated For Deportation

DECEMBER 31, 2015 8:45 AM
(Breitbart) – President Barack Obama’s new 181-page plan to award work-permits to at least 100,000 foreign college-grads also contains a convoluted section that would also sneak work-permits to a huge range of foreign migrants – even after courts have formally ordered their repatriation.
In plain English, the section in the rule would automatically provide updated work-permits to 15 categories of migrants who are appealing judges’ deportation orders.
In plain economics, the rule would increase the number of foreign migrants in U.S. workplaces and impose wage-cutting job competition on ordinary blue-collar Americans so that university-trained, white-collar immigration lawyers could be paid billable-hours by their due-for-deportation, work-permit clients.
“Obama is transferring the jobs and salaries of Americans to foreign nationals, including illegal aliens… [who will be] licensed to take middle class jobs,” said one Hill staffer. The pending rule “highlights the unholy alliance between progressive Democrats, progressive Republicans, and the Obama administration… [so] when it comes to finding a job in America, being native-born in America is a disadvantage,” the staffer said.
There’s little chance that establishment GOP leaders will fight Obama’s pro-migrant, anti-American rule.
For example, House Speaker Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI) supported an amnesty-and-cheap-labor bill in 2014, and he sneaked a new rule into the December 2016 omnibus bill that allows companies to bring in at least 100,000 extra foreign workers for jobs sought by 100,000 blue-collar Americans. Ryan defended his pink-slip plan, while he and other GOP and Democratic leaders also rejected proposed amendments to the omnibus by pro-American legislators that would have constricted Obama’s legal ability to add more foreign workers to the U.S. economy.
If the rule is not struck down by the courts, the due-for-deportation migrants who would automatically get new work-permits include many categories of provisional immigrants, such as people who falsely claim persecution in their home countries. Most of the 250,000 Central Americans who have been allowed by Obama to migrate into the United States since 2009 have claimed in court hearings that they fear persecution in their home countries.
Other categories of migrants who would get Obama’s work-permits include migrants who lied to get work-permits, or children of migrants who accused their foreign spouses with domestic abuse back in their home countries, or the parents and children of foreign religious workers, such as Saudi-trained Imams.
The document even says the federal government has the authority to give updated work-permits to people admitted under a foreign emergency, such as West Africans who were allowed to stay in the United States until the Ebola crisis had passed. This “Temporary Protected Status” can be conferred by the DHS Secretary, without any review by Congress, and so could be used to invite large group of foreigners — such as Muslims from Islam-wrecked countries — to live in the United States.
The list of to-be-deported yet work-eligible groups is listed on page 112 and 113 of the pending rule:
“Aliens admitted as refugees… Aliens granted asylum… Aliens admitted as parents or dependent children of aliens granted permanent residence… Aliens admitted to the United States as citizens of the Federated States of Micronesia or the Marshall Islands pursuant to agreements between the United States and the former trust territories… Aliens granted withholding of deportation or removal… Aliens granted Temporary Protected Status … Aliens who have properly filed applications for TPS… Aliens who have properly filed applications for asylum or withholding of deportation or removal… Aliens who have filed applications for suspension of deportation…Aliens who have filed applications for creation of record of lawful admission for permanent residence… Aliens who have properly filed legalization applications… Aliens who are the principal beneficiaries or qualified children of approved VAWA self-petitioners.”
The new regulations will also be a giant payout to Obama’s allies in the immigration-law industry.
That’s because the offer of extended work-permits to people facing deportation— including criminals and fraudulent asylum-seekers — gives them them the incentive and the means to appeal and re-appeal their deportation orders for many years.
Nationally, the backlog of immigration cases has doubled from roughly 225,000 pending cases in 2009 to 450,000 pending cases in late 2015, according to TRAC Reports. In 2009, the cases took 439 days to complete an average case. By 2015, the cases took an average of 918 days to resolve.
The new regulation will likely extend these courtroom delays, so increasing the number of foreigners improperly living and working in the United States. Inevitably, those extra migrants drive up the labor supply, and force down average wages for Americans and legal immigrants. The last time wages rose for lower-income Americans was in 1998 and 1999, when companies had to compete for workers during the dot.com boom, and amid a low rate of illegal immigration.
Much of the current courtroom backlog is caused by Obama’s decision to reduce enforcement of immigration law, and to grant novel legal rights to illegal immigrants.
Since 2009, for example, Obama has allowed more than 250,000 Central Americans migrants to cross the U.S. borders and then to file for asylum and refugee status. This was a policy choice — because Obama and his border officials have the legal authority to reject and repatriate all migrants, including the many strong young men who claim to be “unaccompanied alien children.”
Similarly, in August 2014, Obama’s deputies agreed with the ACLU to let some deported migrants return to the United States to re-litigate their prior deportation cases.
Obama also backed Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL)’s 2013 immigration rewrite, dubbed a ‘comprehensive immigration reform,” by Democratic and media allies. The bill would have tripled legal immigration to roughly 33 million people over a decade, flatlining wages and salaries. The bill also contained 400 legal loopholes, and would have allowed the DHS secretary to let deported migrants — including gang members — return to the United States.
This new pro-migrant rule reflects Obama’s preferences for large-scale immigration, and his frequent description of migrant foreigners as better than Americans.
At a December 2015 naturalization ceremony, Obama told a group of new legal immigrants that “I’m proud to be among the first to greet you as ‘My fellow Americans’… We can never say it often or loudly enough: Immigrants and refugees revitalize and renew America.”
“You are now American. You’ve got [political] obligations as citizens,” said Obama, the nation’s organizer-in-chief. “And I’m absolutely confident you will meet them. You’ll set a good example for all of us, because you know how precious this thing is. It’s not something to take for granted. It’s something to cherish and to fight for.”
In November 2014, Obama told supporters that Americans don’t have the right to restrict migration.
Part of what’s wonderful about America is also what makes our democracy hard sometimes, because sometimes we get attached to our particular tribe, our particular race, our particular religion, and then we start treating other folks differently. And that, sometimes, has been a bottleneck to how we think about immigration. If you look at the history of immigration in this country, each successive wave, there have been periods where the folks who were already here suddenly say, well, I don’t want those folks. Even though the only people who have the right to say that are some Native Americans.
Obama made his political strategy clear in 2006, when he wrote in his autobiography that immigrants can become the foundation of new political movement that transform Americans’ culture and politics, whether or not Americans want any transformations. “In my mind, at least, the fates of black and brown were to be perpetually intertwined, the cornerstone of a coalition that could help America live up to its promise,” he wrote in “The Audacity of Hope.”
But you’ve got to break some Americans to make transformational omelettes; “This huge influx of mostly low-skill workers provides some benefits to the economy as a whole… [but] it also threatens to depress further the wages of blue-collar Americans,” Obama admitted.
In 2013, Obama used the immigration laws to being in roughly 2 million foreign workers — plus women and children — in a year when 4 million Americans began looking for jobs. Unsurprisingly, wages flatlined while profits spiked and the stock market shot up to record highs.
