Donald Trump Delights CPAC Crowd With Election Year Performance: ‘See You Next Year!’

(Breitbart) – President Donald Trump delighted the audience at CPAC on Saturday with an hour and a half election year-themed CPAC speech celebrating his victories for conservatives.

The president took the stage by announcing the recent agreement signed by his administration with the Taliban to begin withdrawing American troops from Afghanistan.

Taking a step back, Trump marveled at the great economic news for the country despite historic opposition from Democrats, the establishment media, and the “dirty cops” investigating his administration.

“It’s sort of a miracle when you think,” he said. “It’s sort of a miracle or the toughness.”

Pointing to the sky, Trump continued, “Maybe it’s right there, right?”

“Thank you,” he said. “Thank you God.”

The president also addressed the cloud posed by the threat of coronavirus threatening the country, after delivering a more serious news conference on the topic at the White House on Saturday afternoon.

He praised his tough decision to ban travel from China last month, which he said, was part of the reason the coronavirus had not spread as quickly into the United States.

“I took a lot of heat, even from my own people. but we did the right thing,” he said.

He made a call for bipartisanship to combat the threat, but admitted that it was highly likely that his Democrat opponents would probably not drop their attacks.

He ridiculed “Cryin’ Chuck Schumer” and “Nervous Nancy Pelosi” for their continued attacks, despite the threat posed by the virus.

“We have to make it nonpartisan if we can,” he said, pointing to the seriousness of the disease.

The president generated howls of laughter from the crowd as he recapped the Democrat presidential primary field and previewed the upcoming election-year fight.

He declared “Mini” Mike Bloomberg’s presidential candidacy over, mocking his terrible debate performance against Sen. Elizabeth Warren in the last two Democrat presidential primary debates.

The crowd roared with delight as he squatted down at the podium to mock Bloomberg’s height.

“We hit a nerve there,” he said.

The mention of the campaigns run by Sen. Elizabeth Warren, former Mayor Pete Buttigieg, and Sen. Amy Klobuchar only generated laughter from the crowd. Trump said that former Vice President Joe Biden and Sen. Bernie Sanders were the only candidates he felt would be the Democrat nominee.

“Who the hell would I beat the easiest?” he asked, doing a live poll of the crowd. The audience roared the loudest when the president mentioned Sanders.

The president also spent time mocking “Sleepy Joe” Biden’s gaffes on the campaign trail but predicted that the former vice president would have a “big win” in South Carolina.

The CPAC crowd cheered Trump’s off-script commentary on the race and repeatedly shouted “Four More Years,” “Build the Wall” and “USA!”

Trump said that his experience at CPAC was the conference that helped him seriously consider running for president.

He promised to return to the conference the following year, taking for granted that he would win re-election.

“God bless you. God bless America. We will see you next year!” he concluded.

Poll Shows Trump Earns More Than Twice As Much Trust As Media

(Breitbart) – Morning Consult did an extensive, in-depth poll looking at trust, and it found that trust in President Trump is more than twice that of the news media.

The question is, Do you trust X-Brand “a lot to do the right thing.”

The media ranked a dismal 16 out of 20, with just eight percent saying they trust media “a lot to do the right thing.”

Trump landed right in the middle of the pile in 12th place, as 20 percent said they trust him “a lot to do the right thing,” which more than doubles the media.

No brand was able to inch over 50 percent. In fact, only one brand hit 50, and that was “Your primary doctor.”

The survey was taken over a three month period at the end of last year and based on 16,700 interviews of U.S. adults. It was released earlier this year.

Here are the top five…

1. Your primary doctor – 50 percent
2. The military – 44 percent
3. Amazon – 39 percent
4. Google – 38 percent
5. Extreme weather warnings – 36 percent

The bottom five are just as fascinating…

16. Capitalism – 14 percent
17. The news media – 8 percent
18. The U.S. government – 7 percent
19. Wall Street – 5 percent
20. Hollywood – 4 percent

I also found it interesting that only 26 percent trust scientific studies “a lot,” but why would we trust these people at all? One day, coffee is poison; the next, it’s a cure. One day, salt is the devil, and then, after decades of depriving ourselves, we discover it’s not. And how many doomsday predictions have these idiots gotten wrong? Oh, only all of them.

Because no other politicians are part of the survey, there is no way to put Trump’s trust level in context. There are four names in the poll. Tom Hanks at 34 percent and Oprah Winfrey at 27 percent both beat Trump, but Warren Buffet at 16 percent loses to Trump. Which makes one wonder… Who the hell doesn’t trust Tom Hanks?

Oh, yeah… Larry Crowne.

But how deliciously ironic is it that after four years of the fake media pounding away at Trump, four years of the media firing fake news torpedoes at Trump, those torpedoes only ended up turning around to sink the news media…

That’s exactly what’s happened. In their hysterical zeal to destroy Trump, the media have destroyed themselves, and you cannot even call it a Pyrrhic Victory because there is no victory. Going into his reelection campaign, Trump is in better shape than he’s ever been. The media’s coup attempt failed. The hate campaigns failed. The relentless attempts to talk Americans into a recession failed. The lies, the fake news, the propaganda… it has all failed… No, it backfired — because here the media are now, at the bottom of the pack, in single digits, which is exactly where these degenerates belong.

And this is good news for America.

Oh, I know: the appropriate and correct thing to say in this situation is, It’s bad for America when you can’t trust the media.

Please.

The idea that we should ever trust 500 or so self-appointed elites on issues as consequential as national policy, the direction of the country, who our leaders should be, and democracy itself is what’s “bad for America.”

Anyone with that kind of power… Anyone who’s part of a cult and who follows the strict rules and beliefs of that cult and is backed by billions of corporate dollars… Only a fool starts from a position of trust. I trust my wife. I trust my parents. I trust my neighbors. Anyone else gets the side-eye. I’m an American, not a cow.

The primary reason this is good news, though, is that in their zeal to overturn a lawful presidential election, the media sacrificed the thing they valued most: their ability to influence public opinion, to shape the outcome of events and elections.

Impotent white noise. That’s all the media are now.

And it’s glorious.

Georgia Pro-Life Group Announces $3 Million Ad Spend On Sen. Kelly Loeffler Over Pro-Life Doug Collins

(Gateway Pundit) – The Georgia Life Alliance, a pro-life organization, announced this week it would spend at least $3 million on an ad blitz for appointed US Senator Kelly Loeffler (pictured above).

Pro-life Republicans have doubts about Senator Loeffler because of her leadership at Grady Memorial Hospital and her connections to the WNBA.

Loeffler is running against Rep. Doug Collins (R-GA) in the primary for US Senator from Georgia.

Doug Collins is pro-life and a grassroots favorite.

This week the Georgia Life Alliance announced it would spend at least $3 million in ads supporting Kelly Loeffler.

When the Georgia Life Alliance needed an emcee for its annual gala in October, the conservative anti-abortion group turned to one of its favorite politicians: U.S. Rep. Doug Collins.

A few weeks later, though, the alliance stunned the Republican congressman when it announced it would spend at least $3 million on an ad blitz to back U.S. Sen. Kelly Loeffler, the Republican incumbent whom Collins is challenging in November.

In an interview with The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Collins questioned how a group that struggled to raise significant cash unveiled an expensive initiative to support Loeffler, a wealthy executive who is financing her own campaign.

“What I think is happening is they got a large infusion of cash from Kelly. They’ve hardly raised $50,000 and then they suddenly announce a $3 million ad buy?” he asked. “It’s more than fishy. They can deny it all they want. I guess they thought I’d be quiet and not say anything about it.”

Despite Recent Court Rulings Jimmy Carter Judge Rules Trump Can’t Use Washington State’s Military Funds For Border Wall

(Gateway Pundit) – In January a federal appeals court overturned a lower court ruling to allow the Trump administration to divert $3.6 billion in military construction funds to fund expanded construction on the president’s southern border wall.

The January ruling give Trump yet another victory on his campaign plan to build a wall on the U.S.-Mexico border. The Supreme Court last July set aside a similar injunction issued by a federal judge in Oakland, California.

Despite these legal victories Judge Barbara Jacobs Rothstein, who was appointed by Jimmy Carter in 1979, ruled on Thursday that President Trump cannot use Washington state’s military funds for the border wall.

These Democrats will stop at nothing to keep the US borders open.

The Washington Times reported:

A federal judge in Seattle subtracted nearly $90 million from President Trump’s border wall plans after ruling Thursday that his emergency declaration and siphoning of money from the Pentagon was illegal.

Washington state had challenged Mr. Trump’s move, and pointed to a $88.96 million project in the state that was delayed by the shift of funding.

Judge Barbara Jacobs Rothstein sided with the state, saying Congress tried to ban Mr. Trump from moving money around to build his wall, yet he did it anyway.

6-Year-Old Dies After Father Rapes Him With Stick While Camping

(Breitbart) – Maurice ‘Isaiah’ Torres died of septic shock in an Arkansas hospital after his father violated him with a stick for eating a piece of cake.

Mauricio Alejandro Torres was convicted of capital murder and sentenced to death in 2016, but it was overturned due to a technicality. State law dictates that capital murder offences that carry the death penalty must be tried in the same state as where they are being prosecuted. And while Isaiah died in his home state of Arkansas, the assault that killed him happened in Missouri.

The disturbing details of his short life and protracted death were set before the court on Thursday. “This is a story of abuse, torture, and murder of six-year-old Isaiah,” Benton County Prosecutor Nathan Smith told jurors. “He suffered chronic child abuse syndrome. The pictures you will see are ugly, grotesque.”

Isaiah died of septic shock after his father raped him with a stick for eating a piece of cake without permission during a camping trip on March 28, 2015. The bleeding, badly injured little boy was then forced into strenuous exercise by his parents as further punishment. His mother, Cathy, then pushed him to the ground in the midst of his desperate fight for survival.

As he deteriorated, Isaiah’s parents finally alerted emergency medical services, who then transported him to the Bella Vista medical clinic near his home. Unfortunately, it was already too late. The next day, the bacterial infection Isaiah contracted from the torture finally took his life.

Isaiah did not have to die. A year before his death, the Arkansas Department of Human Services twice investigated his parents on allegations of child abuse. Unfortunately, no one — not even the department that explicitly exists for that purpose — took the action needed to save his life.

In the opening statements of the re-trial, two of Isaiah’s teachers testified that they recorded evidence of his abuse and reported it to authorities through the Arkansas Department of Health and Human Services Child Abuse Hotline. They received no response. Arkansas carries the fourth highest rate of rape in the United States, and is within the top 15 states for fatal child abuse.

Defense attorney Bill James told the jurors not to “use emotion as evidence,” and urged them to “try your best to keep decision based on evidence/fact.” Torres’s defense rests on putting the blame for Isaiah’s death on his wife. Cathy Torres has already received a life sentence on charges of capital murder for her part in the destruction of her child.

Mauricio Torres face charges of battery and capital murder. If re-convicted in Arkansas, he will face life imprisonment or execution. The trial will resume on Friday morning, and is expected to last roughly two weeks.

Even if I believe Bernie Sanders is the best thing to ever happen to the GOP (and I do)…

Even if I believe Bernie will lose to President Trump by an electoral landslide (and I do)…

Even if I believe Bernie at the top of the Democrat ticket will lead to the GOP regaining the House (and I do)…

I still can’t believe some portion of America would vote for this radical, extreme, America-hating, socialist/communist madman. I can’t believe the people who teach our children (here in my hometown of Las Vegas, the Clark County Teachers Union) endorsed this crazy man. I can’t believe Nevada Democrats just handed Bernie a landslide caucus victory.

These people are actually walking among us. They are our neighbors. Think about that for a minute.

How bad is Bernie? Bernie just defended Fidel Castro’s education system. He said you cant say everything is bad, just because the man was a dictator. Bernie reported he did some good things.

Let’s put the shoe on the other foot. What if a conservative like me said, “I’ve studied the Civil War. Although the Confederates were defending slavery, they did some good things…just because of slavery, you can’t paint everything they did as bad.”

Can you even imagine the firestorm? Because it doesn’t really matter what “good things” may have happened during slavery. The evil and inhumanity of slavery kind of outweighs everything else. Don’t ya think?

Does Bernie ever consider “the good that Confederates did,” while enslaving millions of blacks? While beating them daily? While branding them with irons? While murdering slaves who tried to escape? I think any good is erased, don’t you?

Yet Bernie Sanders just defended Fidel Castro. No, not just years ago. That’s frightening enough. But Bernie just DOUBLED DOWN. He defended Fidel Castro days ago.

Then, he tripled down and defended him again.

That’s gotta be the canary in the coal mine. That’s gotta send shivers down your spine. It’s not just Bernie’s love of all things Castro and communist that should frighten you. It’s that he doesn’t bother to hide it.

Bernie says it publicly, loudly and proudly. He doubles down, while running for president, with the world watching.

I don’t care if Castro ever did something good. It all pales alongside the arrests of political opponents, torture, murder, firing squads, forced slave labor camps, stealing of private property, turning the lives of every Cuban (except himself and his cronies, of course) into a living hell of unimaginable poverty and misery.

How many Cubans were murdered by Fidel Castro? How many Cubans died in prison? How many business and home owners had everything stolen from them? How many Cubans are still in slave labor camps pounding rocks? How many lives were ruined?

How bad was Bernie’s hero Castro? Cubans risked death on flimsy rafts, over shark-infested waters to get away.

But to Bernie, the end clearly justifies the means. He admires Fidel Castro. If that’s what it takes to produce fairness, equality, social justice, redistribution of wealth, free healthcare and education, Sanders can rationalize it.

And as a bonus, Bernie is an atheist Jew who hates Israel, and takes the side of Hamas, Hezbollah and the Palestinian Authority.

Bernie is honest to a fault. He’s telling us what he really believes. We’ve gotta take him at his word. When a man is such a Kool-Aid-drinking true believer, that he’d defend a communist mass murderer, that’s the tip-off of what we’re really dealing with.

Meet Comrade Fidel Sanders. Be frightened. Very frightened.
