Students Revolt Over Tranny, Formerly Gay Male, Using Girl’s Locker Room
Massive walk-out after H.S. officials allow tranny to use female restrooms
(Infowars) – High school students walked out in protest Monday to keep a transsexual student and former gay male from using the girls’ locker room.
The students and their parents at Hillsboro, Mo., H.S. were outraged after school officials gave “Lila” full access to facilities meant for girls.
One parent, Jeff Childs, even showed up to the protest with “Girls Rights Matter” signs he and his son held at the entrance to the school.
“This needs to stop before it goes too far,” he told Post-Dispatch reporters. “I’m not trying to be ignorant, but [the transgender student] is bringing it out in public for everybody else to deal with.”
Another parent, Tammy Sorden, said it wasn’t fair Lila was getting special treatment “while the girls just have to suck it up.”
“The girls have rights, and they shouldn’t have to share a bathroom with a [biological] boy,” she said.
Britne Heimos, a former student whose brother attends the school, said she wasn’t comfortable with the special treatment given to Lila.
“There is nothing wrong with being different, but when you are different, there are sacrifices,” she said.
School officials, on the other hand, have been very supportive to Lila and are allowing “her” to use the girls’ locker rooms and restrooms out of fear of losing federal funding.
“The Office of Civil Rights has issued an opinion that says, if you do this, you have engaged in gender discrimination,” said Kelli Hopkins of the Missouri School Boards’ Association. “At the same time, there is no case law or statute in Missouri that says this is against the law.”
In other words, the federal government is expanding its control over local schools in direct conflict with the community.
The Justice Dept. has already begun a similar strategy to “federalize” local police departments across the country by forcing them to adhere to stricter requirements when they receive federal funding.
But the feds also have another agenda when it comes to the Hillsboro H.S. controversy: to hijack the transgendered rights movement to attack the traditional, nuclear-family model to encourage individuals to be more supportive – and dependent – on big government.
“All their ties with the past — friends, family, traditional decencies and pieties — have been severed,” establishment insider Aldous Huxley wrote in his essay Brave New World Revisited. “They are new men [and women], re-created in the image of their new god [the government] and totally dedicated to his service.”
