Trey Gowdy DESTROYS Obama In Best Way Possible

Trey Gowdy DESTROYS Obama In Best Way Possible

(Federalist Papers) – The Obama Administration has quietly conceded defeat in its defense of insane “sanctuary city” policies.
During a House budget hearing Wednesday, Attorney General Loretta Lynch announced that Immigrations officials will now have the first crack at taking criminal illegal aliens into custody for deportation rather than letting states and municipalities take the lead.
Many of the local jurisdictions –sometimes entire states – have “sanctuary” policies that allow these criminal illegal aliens to be released back into the community scot-free, The Daily Caller is reporting.
The move – made with very little fanfare – is seen as a victory for critics of the ghastly program.

“Particularly where we’re dealing with a jurisdiction that is not prone to honoring ICE detainers…our policy is going to be that ICE will instead have the first detainer and that individual will go into ICE custody and deportation,” Lynch told the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Commerce, Justice, Science and Related Agencies.
“We have in the past deferred because…we work with our state and local colleagues and we want to make sure that they can in fact adjudicate their cases as well,” Lynch added.
Republicans on the committee were pleased with the new policy. Rep. John Culberson (R-Texas) is chairman of the Appropriations Subcommittee and said he’s glad the administration and Republicans are “headed in the same direction.”
There are literally hundreds of jurisdictions, cities, counties and states, that have an official policy of not cooperating with requests to hold criminal illegal aliens by Immigrations and Customs Enforcement. Some entire states, like New Mexico, Colorado and Rhode Island, do not honor ICE Detainer requests.
In July, Francisco Sanchez, a Mexican national with a long felony record, shot and killed 32-year-old Kathryn Steinle while walking along a San Francisco pier with her father.
Sanchez had been held by San Francisco County on a marijuana charge from the 1990s, and ICE submitted a detainer request to deport him, but the Sheriff’s office ignored that request and released Sanchez, allowing him to murder Steinle. From The Daily Caller:
In her testimony, Lynch also noted that the new policy will prevent some municipalities from prosecuting illegal aliens for crimes in their jurisdictions because they will be deported instead.
“This may have the effect that there may be local cases that may not be able to be prosecuted because, again, the person will be taken into ICE custody and then deported,” Lynch said.
She also said that if the Justice Department does decide to hand deportable prisoners over to local authorities, the agency will “have to have assurances that ICE would also then be able to get the individual back at the end of an adjudication so that the deportation process could go underway.”
In Tuesday’s letter to Culberson, assistant Attorney General Peter Kadzik claimed that the Justice Department is working.
“Thus far, we are pleased with the way in which the new policy is being implemented,” Kadzik wrote.

OBAMA'S MAIN PURPOSE IS TO DESTROY THIS NATION'S SOVEREIGNTY

NEW WAVE: Illegals Set to Top Record

(KVUE) – The rust-brown fence topping the northern levee of the Rio Grande in Hidalgo County is the dividing line between two worlds, which many are willing to risk their lives to cross.
“So the stories are always going to be the same, right?” explained Omar Zamora, public affairs officer for the U.S. Border Patrol Rio Grande Valley Sector. “The pull factors, it’s going to be family reunification and some sort of economic benefit, just trying to get here to get a job and send money back home. In addition to that, we hear that there’s violence. We’ve got gangs over there that are controlling the neighborhoods, controlling the cities.”
It’s a mix that reached a crisis in 2014. Some 260,000 people, mostly unaccompanied children from Central America, flooded across the border through the Rio Grande Valley. Congress called for legislation, then-Gov. Rick Perry mobilized a thousand National Guard troops, and the Eighty-fourth Texas Legislature pumped nearly a billion dollars into the Texas Department of Public Safety for border security.
That was more than a year and a half ago, and with everything that’s happened, the question is what — if anything — has changed?
“Much has changed. Our processes have changed and improved,” said Zamora. Agents of the RGV Sector man the front lines of the battle against drug trafficking and human smuggling. A massive new processing center in McAllen stands ready to hold up to a thousand people. A rare tour found it spotlessly clean and stocked with blankets and clothing — and as it happens, it may soon be needed.
PissedOffAdArticles
“In the past few months the number of unaccompanied alien minors unlawfully entering the U.S. soared to over 17,000 and the number of family units increased to 21,000,” Chair Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-SC) informed the U.S. House Judiciary Subcommittee on Immigration and Border Security in a February 4 hearing on Capitol Hill. “If these trends continue it is predicted there will be a 30 percent increase in the record high numbers we witnessed in 2014.”
“They’re still coming, not in the same numbers,” Hidalgo County Judge Ramon Garcia told KVUE in January. “I guess you could call it a mini-surge from Central America.”
Like many in the valley, Garcia argues the military presence is scaring off business, despite F.B.I. crime statistics that show McAllen with one of the lowest crime rates for a large U.S. city. Unlike law enforcement, Garcia believes the troops and military hardware, “Just creates a bad image, a negative image of our area which we don’t appreciate.”
He argues funding would be better spent on local law enforcement, and a better solution would be more judges and legal resources to quickly sort out who can stay and who must go.
“They’re saying, ‘Here we are.’ So you can add a thousand more folks there, but they’re not trying to evade you,” Rep. Henry Cuellar (D-TX), whose district includes part of the valley, told KVUE on a January stop in Austin. Cuellar carried a bipartisan bill in 2014 that would have expedited cases from Central America.
While that bill never passed, “We also added about $750 million to help Central America beef up its security, fight the drug gangs, provide some economic assistance,” said Cuellar, “Because the more people we get to stay over there, the less people come in.”
Another $80 million has gone to help Mexico secure its southern border with Guatemala, where along with Honduras, the U.S. government has mounted an ad campaign warning what to expect from human traffickers. Zamora can tick over a list of abuses, “From child molestation to raping some of these Central American women, holding them for extortion for extra money, or leaving them out in the brush to die.”
An official from the Guatemalan Consulate told KVUE that migrants are well aware of the risk, but are often faced with violence so desperate in their home country that they are willing to chance the journey. Rep. Lamar Smith (R-TX) chairs the House Border Security Caucus, which toured the Valley in February.
“If people figure they have a 95 percent chance of being allowed to stay and work and get government benefits, they’re going to come no matter what they might hear on the street or on the radio or see in a leaflet,” said Smith.
In a February 23 hearing of the Senate Judiciary Committee Sen. John Cornyn (R-TX) asked agency Acting Chief Ronald Vitiello whether giving undocumented immigrants the impression they won’t be allowed to stay in the U.S. without a legal claim would act as a deterrent and slow the flow of unauthorized crossings.
“Yes, I believe that matters,” Vitiello testified.
Meanwhile, agents on the front line are battling an additional fight, against what they believe are perceptions that they’re the aggressors. Joining agents for a day of hands-on training in January revealed an organization keenly aware of the humanity and the dangers they face. Many are from the area, and feel a personal compassion towards the victims of trafficking. They’re also well-aware that the next call could bring the face-to-face with dangerous cartels.
“I think the biggest misconceptions are, ‘Hey they’re just children down there, right? It’s a humanitarian crisis,’ which it was in 2014,” said Zamora, “But what I want to stress is there’s the fifty percent of the other individuals that are running, that are fighting, that have criminal records. We’re out here doing a fantastic job 365 days out of the year, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.”

REPUBLICANS UNITED WITH OBAMA AGAINST AMERICA, WHILE TRUMP STRUGGLES FOR AMERICA...

WAR: McConnell Tells GOP Senators: We’ll Drop Trump ‘Like A Hot Rock’

(The Blaze) – Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell reportedly told colleagues they will drop GOP presidential front-runner Donald Trump “like a hot rock.”
McConnell reassured Republican members of the upper chamber they could run negative ads against Trump if he becomes the nominee and it threatens their re-election, reports The New York Times.
Additionally, McConnell told Republican senators during the members’ weekly lunch that the potential of Trump losing to Hillary Clinton is a given and it is best to describe to voters that a Republican Senate is a necessary check to a Clinton presidency.
TrumpShirt
Senators inside the lunch said McConnell reminded them of his successful 1996 re-election campaign when he won by a wide margin during President Bill Clinton’s easy re-election bid.
The Times also notes that McConnell and other senior Republicans have grown frustrated with Ohio Gov. John Kasich’s presence in the race, describing it as selfish.
“He’s just flailing his arms around and having a wonderful time going around the country, and it just drives me up the wall,” one GOP senator told the Times of Kasich, a former member of the House.

Horror in Moscow: Woman in Burka Walks Streets Carrying Child’s Severed Head saying ‘Allahu Akbar’

(Daily Mail) – A burka-clad babysitter decapitated the little girl in her care before walking through Moscow carrying the child’s severed head, police say.
The woman shouted ‘Allahu Akbar’ as she appeared near Oktyabrskoye Pole metro station in the northwest of the Russian capital and threatened to blow herself up.
It came hours after officers found the headless body of a four-year-old child when they were called to a fire at a block of flats in the city.
The victim was a girl identified as Nastya M – and the child’s 38-year-old nanny Gyulchehra Bobokulova, from Uzbekistan, has been arrested.
StopShariahFaxAd
The woman was seen pulling the severed head out of a bag and walking around near the entrance to the metro station as police moved in.
According to local media, she shouted: ‘I hate democracy. I am a terrorist. I want you dead.
‘You have become so hardened, you have eliminated so many of us. Look I am a suicide bomber, I will die, doomsday will come in a second.’
Witness Alyona Kuratova told independent Dozhd TV that the woman was holding the head by its hair.
Kuratova described scenes of chaos, with police cars and ambulances arriving at the scene and some people yelling: ‘terror attack, terror attack.’
She said she could not make out what the woman shouted but some media reported that she yelled ‘Allahu Akbar”‘- Arabic for ‘God is greatest’ – and threatened to blow herself up.
Another witness said the woman shouted that she would ‘kill everyone, blow up everyone.’
Some said the woman had paced up and down for some 20 minutes before she was detained near Oktyabrskoe Pole metro station.
According to local reports, she later told police she killed the girl because of her own husband’s infidelity. Investigators immediately ordered a psychiatric test of the woman in a bid to understand her motives.
One eyewitness at the underground station told MK how the woman screamed: ‘My child was killed…I will blow up everyone.’ She also shouted: ‘I hate democracy’.
A journalist working for RBC daily, said she had heard the woman screaming ‘Allahu Akbar’ (God is Great).
‘I was on my way to the metro station from home,’ Polina Nikolskaya said.
‘She was standing near the metro entrance and caught my attention because she was screaming Allahu Akbar.
‘I saw that she had a bloodied head in her arms, but I thought it was not real. People in the crowd said it was real.’
In further footage from the scene, the woman can be heard shouting about the end of the world while proclaiming herself a terrorist.
The station was closed to passengers for some time, but no explosives were found on her.
Dramatic footage shows the moment police sprinted in towards the woman and tackled her to the ground.
Emergency services had earlier been called to an apartment nearby amid reports of black smoke billowing out of windows.
Firefighters rescued four people and put out the blaze – but then found the child’s beheaded body.
Investigators claim that the babysitter waited until she was along with the child in the apartment before carrying out the murder and starting a fire.
The source in the Investigative committee told TASS: ‘She waited until the parents with the elder child left the flat, then for unknown reason she killed the child, set fire to the apartment and left the scene.
‘She was detained at the metro station Oktyabrskoe Pole.’
The dead girl, who is said to have had learning difficulties and could not walk, had a 15-year-old brother. Her family, from the Oryol region, was renting the apartment.
She suffered damage because of birth problems in August 2011.
The family took her for treatment to China – and were saving money to travel for subsequent care in Germany.
The girl’s mother, who works in a wedding shop, was rushed to hospital in an unconscious condition after learning of her daughter’s death. The child’s father is a technician at a mobile phone company.
The parents told police the nanny had been working for them for 18 month.
Sources say the babysitter told interrogators she did not want to hide from police, and aimed to draw maximum attention to what she has done.
She had not intended to ignite the flat deliberately and destroy evidence, she said, according to the source, and wanted the parents to know who had killed their daughter.
The woman had a valid residency permit for Russia but was working illegally. She had no work permit, said officials.
The nanny faces up to 20 years in jail if she is deemed psychologically fit to stand trial.
This afternoon, the investigation was taken over by the FSB, Russia’s powerful domestic secret service, once headed by Vladimir Putin. Police are not currently treating the incident as terrorism.
LifeNews claimed: ‘Investigators suspect that Gulchekhra had manic psychosis developing for a period of time.’
A law enforcement source said the woman was suspected of handling ‘explosive elements’ at the flat which was engulfed in flames.
But ‘it might be an inflammable liquid that she used to set the apartment on fire where she killed four-year-old Nastya M.’
The security services are hunting for the woman’s husband. A source said she may have been on ‘light drugs’.
Russia’s children’s rights commissioner Pavel Astakhov called the killing ‘Monstrous and inexplicable’, urging parents to carefully check on the mental state of nannies when they are hired.
