Cher Tweets Fake News About Trump Revoking Citizenship For Military Kids

(Breitbart) – Left-wing pop icon Cher went after President Donald Trump by spreading fake news that his administration created a new rule to take away citizenship of children born overseas to U.S. soldiers.

“Some children of US troops born overseas will no longer get automatic American citizenship, Trump says,” Cher said on Friday, in a typically caps-heavy tweet. “WILL HIS REIGN OF TERROR EVER END?HOW MUCH ANGUISH IS HE CAPABLE OF INFLICTING ON? WISH HE’D VANISH IN PUFF OF,OR PUT IN 1 OF HIS INTERNMENT CAMPS.”

However, Cher was ill-informed and pushing fake news. Indeed, the correct information about the policy change had already become known before Cher began spreading falsehoods.

Former Vice President Joe Biden was also one of those high-profile leftists attacking the Trump administration for the policy change.

Speaking to a crowd, Biden accused Trump of “taking away automatic citizenship of children of some of our military members serving overseas.”

But after the policy was introduced, acting USCIS Director Ken Cuccinelli explained that the new rule “does NOT impact birthright citizenship,” and added, “This policy update does not deny citizenship to the children of U.S. government employees or members of the military born abroad.”

“This policy aligns USCIS process with the Department of State’s procedure, that’s it,” Cuccinelli said.

Here is who the new rules actually affect:

Children who live with their U.S. parents abroad but who did not acquire citizenship at birth, including infants and children adopted overseas.
Children born of non-U.S. citizens who are adopted by U.S. citizens.
Those whose parents became U.S. citizens after the child’s birth.
U.S. citizens who do not meet the residence or physical presence rules needed to transmit birthright citizenship, such as a person born overseas with birthright citizenship who never lived in the United States.

The city’s murder rate is nearly the highest in the nation, but police officers are afraid to arrest anyone.

Inner city Baltimore is a third world hellhole in the middle of America. It looks like a foreign war zone. It looks like bombed-out Baghdad. In interview after interview, the poor black citizens of Baltimore tell the story. Trump is right.

Trump has stirred up a hornet’s nest by telling the truth. By pointing out that Baltimore is America’s disgrace. And it’s run 100% by Democrats. In particular, corrupt Congressman Elijah Cummings has overseen America’s most disgraceful district since 1996.

Trump is a genius. Why? He’s gotten Democrats to publicly defend blocks of abandoned buildings; rats the size of cats; one of the highest rates of murder of any city in the world; a city filled with unimaginable poverty, drug abuse, and hopelessness. A city left out of America’s economic recovery. A city abandoned by Democrats.

Trump has forced Democrats to defend all this.

But that’s not what got Democrat politicians so angry and hysterical. Trump had the audacity to ask where has all the money gone? The federal government has spent billions on Baltimore over the years to combat poverty. In addition, Baltimore received $1.8 billion extra of stimulus money just in 2009.

So where did all that money go? Did Democrat politicians and community leaders steal it all? And why are black Democrats like Elijah Cummings so eager to spend billions more on illegal aliens, instead of black Americans living in terrible poverty?

Funny how Trump pointing this out, makes those same Democrat politicians and community leaders hysterical. I’d be hysterical too, if I presided over the destruction of my own people, while I got rich. Or didn’t you know a charity run by Cummings wife received millions of dollars from groups and corporations that had business in front of her husband?

Trump really is a genius. If Dems want to own all that, defend that, use it as their 2020 campaign theme, have at it.

I can see the slogans now…

“If you like what Democrats have done for blacks in Baltimore, honk your horn.”

“Democrats: We abandoned Baltimore, you’re next!”

“Baltimore’s murder rate is worse than Chicago. We’re number one!”

”Vote Democrat, if you like buildings without roofs and rats the size of cats.”

How bad is Baltimore? Baltimore’s murder rate is higher than the worst murder capitals of Central America. Baltimore is on pace for a murder rate this year of 56 per 100,000. That’s worse than Guatemala, El Salvador, or Honduras.

That’s separate from the garbage piles, rats the size of cats, abandoned buildings, no jobs, failing schools.

There are no Republicans in control of Baltimore. Only corrupt Democrats ripping off their own people. Trump has once again used the one weapon Democrats can’t defend against- truth.

And once again, Democrats cry “racism.” It’s their only answer. Because they can’t explain why black leaders and black Democrat politicians let this happen to black citizens. They can’t explain what they’ve been doing while Baltimore turned into Baghdad. And they can’t explain where all the money went.

But Baltimore isn’t alone. This past weekend in Chicago, 48 citizens were shot, 9 killed. This tends to happen in cities run by Democrats.

Raw truth is uncomfortable. Thank you, President Trump.

Breaking: California Appeals Court Overturns Sole Conviction Against Illegal Alien Who Killed Kate Steinle

(Gateway Pundit) – A California state appeals court on Friday overturned the one conviction against the illegal alien who shot and killed Kate Steinle in San Francisco in 2015.

The illegal alien killer Garcia-Zarate remains in custody and is still facing federal charges.

Fox News reported:

A California state appeals court Friday overturned the lone conviction against an undocumented immigrant who shot and killed Kate Steinle on the San Francisco waterfront in 2015, a case which drew national attention and became a flashpoint in the debate over illegal immigration.

Jose Inez Garcia-Zarate, who was in the U.S. illegally had been deported to his native Mexico five times, was acquitted in November 2017 of first and second-degree murder, involuntary manslaughter, and assault with a semi-automatic weapon. He was convicted of one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm.

On Friday, the 1st District Court of Appeal in San Francisco overturned that conviction because the judge failed to instruct the jury on one of Garcia-Zarate’s defenses. Garcia-Zarate remains in custody and is facing federal gun charges.

On July 1, 2015, beautiful California native, 32-year-old Kate Steinle was shot dead while walking with her father on Pier 24 in San Francisco. Steinle died two hours later as a result of her injuries.

Illegal immigrant José Inez García Zárate was arrested and charged with her murder.

In November 2017 a San Francisco jury found the Kate Steinle’s killer Jose Zarate innocent of murder or manslaughter.

Earlier this year a federal appeals court ruled the parents of Kate Steinle cannot sue the San Francisco for their sanctuary city policies.

In an earlier interview with The Epoch Times Sidney Powell blasted the appalling two-tiered judicial system in the United States today where General Michael Flynn can get set up and prosecuted by deep state operatives while Peter Strzok can leak and lie and get off scot free.

In a court filing on Friday Attorney Sidney Powell revealed two very disturbing developments in the Flynn case.

According to Sundance at Conservative Treehouse:

In a filing today (full filing below) Flynn’s defense lawyer, Sidney Powell, notes two significant issues: (1) Ms. Powell is being denied a security clearance she needs to review all of the documents in the case; and (2) the DOJ is refusing to provide the original FBI notes from their interview of Michael Flynn on January 24th, 2017.

This is absolutely outrageous behavior.

Attorney General Bill Barr needs to step in and correct this.

Either we have a justice system for everyone or we don’t.
