BREAKING: Andrea Tantaros Refuses to Apologize to Angry Muslims [WATCH CLIP]
Liberals only know one way to address things they don’t like: attack freedom.
When Michelle Obama decided that something had to be done about the obesity rate among American schoolchildren–not an unworthy cause–she proposed new regulations to remove their freedom to eat what they want at school. Each time someone is killed or injured by a criminal with a gun, the left proposes tougher restrictions–not on criminals, but on the Second Amendment right of all Americans to keep and bear arms. Seeking to provide healthcare coverage for those few who want it but cannot afford it, liberal Democrats enacted legislation that restricts the access of almost all Americans to the doctors and hospitals they want.
And when they disagree with something someone says, liberals attempt to restrict their exercise of the First Amendment right to free speech.
That happened most recently when Fox News host Andrea Tantaros made a bold statement, not about all Muslims, but about the radical terrorists of the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria, according to YoungCons.
“You can’t solve it with a dialogue,” she said of the clash between western civilization and radical Islamic barbarism. “You can’t solve it with a summit. You solve it with a bullet to the head. It’s the only thing these people understand.”
Predictably, liberals have done nuts. The Asian American Journalists Association has demanded an apology, but Tantaros refuses to back down, according the report, which cites a Tweet from Tantaros that reads: “I will not apologize for telling the truth about radical Islamic jihadism. Period.”
The report also features a number of replies to her Tweet in support of her decision.

Tantaros is correct; America’s first war, and the creation of the U.S. Marines, were largely efforts against radical Islamic extremism by the Berber (or Barbary) Coast pirates two hundred years ago. The threat America faces today from radical Islam may be more global in its reach, but it is essentially the same at heart. Dealing with the threat required American military force then; it will require American force now.
But that’s almost not the point. Tantaros has the right to say whatever she wants; that’s a guarantee of the First Amendment. Even if we disagreed with her–which we don’t–we’d still fight for her right to speak her mind.
It’s a shame that a group of journalists, of all people, fail to understand that.
Please share this article on Facebook and Twitter if you agree that Andrea Tantaros should never back down from speaking the truth about radical Islam.
