Welcome to The Michael Savage Newsletter, your daily insider report on all things "Savage."
In today's issue: They say "elections have consequences," but Savage wonders why voters bothered to cast their ballots for GOP candidates during the recent midterms, considering the passage of the massive, pork-laden $1.1 trillion spending bill.
- They've learned nothing from the midterm elections, obviously.
John Boehner is the biggest pig of them all.
We didn't go to the polls to elect John Boehner and Mitch McConnell.
We inherited them, we didn't elect them.
This goes back to what I've been saying for years, ever since I started doing radio in 1994: We have an oligarchy system here in America, not a democracy.
Yes, we have the semblance of a two-party system, but it's really a one-party system, with the "Demicans" and "Republicrats."
There are slight differences between the two parties, but not much.
If we want change, the young turks in the Republican Party will have to start a rebellion by throwing Boehner out as soon as possible.
