With all the negative media surrounding biker groups, this story was a breath of fresh air. When protestors did the incomprehensible and attempted to ruin a fallen Marine’s funeral, the Patriot Guard stepped in and shielded the grieving family from the unimaginable chaos. This is amazing!
The members of Westboro Baptist Church disagree with our country’s lack of morale. But they’ve misguidedly decided to show their hatred by protesting the funerals of America’s fallen men and women of service.
Why or how you could claim to be a “Christian” while shouting, confronting, and screaming throughout a grieving family’s memorial service for their fallen patriot, we will never know. How in the world is this Biblical– or even logical?
But thank God, a group of unlikely heroes has risen from the dust. The Patriot Guard has made it their personal mission to protect the families of our fallen men and women of service. Bikers by the hundreds (many of them veterans themselves) go to the funerals to form a shield between the hateful protestors and grieving families. Their actions display their loyal devotion to the brave men and women of America.
This story will bring you to tears, you have to see this!
Wow. Thank God for the Patriot Guard. I can’t imagine what these families are going through, but I know these “Christian” protestors definitely aren’t helping things. These horrible people need to be stopped.
Thank you to the hundreds of bikers who have volunteered to honor our troops in the midst of these awful times.
