OUR COMMUNIST IN CHIEF HAS TOO MUCH AMERICAN BLOOD IN HIS HANDS TO BE IGNORED, ARREST HIM...

Mel Bundy: Obama’s Feds Killed Rancher ‘In Cold Blood’

(NEWSMAX) – MEL BUNDY, BROTHER OF OREGON PROTEST LEADER AMMON BUNDY, CLAIMED WEDNESDAY THAT COPS “MURDERED” THEIR GROUP’S SPOKESMAN “IN COLD BLOOD” DURING A SHOOTOUT LATE TUESDAY THAT LED TO THE ARREST OF EIGHT PEOPLE NEAR THE MALHEUR NATIONAL WILDLIFE REFUGE.
“LaVoy (Finicum) got out with his hands up in the air, up in the air, saying, ‘I don’t have a gun,” Bundy said on Newsmax TV’s prime-time show “Dennis Michael Lynch: Unfiltered” in an exclusive interview. “He had his hands on his head — and then they shot him.
“They started firing on him. They shot him. He went to the ground — and they shot him some more.”
Lynch’s bombshell interview with the Bundy brother will air tonight on Newsmax TV at 9 p.m. Eastern and Pacific.

“They killed LaVoy,” Mel Bundy told Lynch. “Ammon wanted everybody to know, that he is an eyewitness of the murder of LaVoy Finicum, 54.
“This is what he said: ‘They murdered him. They murdered him in cold blood. Get it out there. Tell the people what they did.”
Finicum, a rancher who acted as a spokesman for the occupiers, was riding in a car with Ammon Bundy and others near the federal wildlife refuge, officials said.
Ammon Bundy had been leading an armed group that has staged a month-long occupation of the reserve.
According to the FBI, the gunshots rang out after officers stopped the car, which Bundy told Newsmax was carrying five people.
The group was heading to a meeting with ranchers — and later with the FBI — in nearby Burns when authorities stopped the car on Highway 395 near the reserve.
Mel Bundy told Newsmax TV that his information came from talking with eyewitnesses to the arrests.
Bundy said that his brother “was pulled from the vehicle and placed in custody by the federal, police officers.
“Local county officials were there. He said everybody that was there with him after he had been arrested and were told to show their hands and they did.”
Bundy told Lynch that “LaVoy had his hands up in the air — and he was trying to talk to the feds, and he had his head out the window.
“They shot and they missed him — and so at that point, LaVoy knew that they were serious,” he said.
“They tried to drive away — because they were shooting at them, at this point — and their truck ended up going off the road into an embankment.
“He only drove away from where they were initially stopped because they fired at him while still in the vehicle and missed him — and then that’s why he drove forward. They had a road block.”
That’s when Finicum got out of the car with his hands up, Bundy said, and was shot dead by authorities.
“After LaVoy was shot, they opened fire on the other three people that were in the vehicle and they hit the floor,” he told Lynch. “They got as low as they could — and this eyewitness said they shot and shot and shot and shot.
“While they were shooting the vehicle, one of the bullets came through the cab and through Ryan’s shoulder.”
Bundy said that he later confirmed that Ryan Bundy was, indeed, shot and that “he’s good.
“He’s going to make it. Didn’t hit anything vital.
“In fact, Ryan told this eyewitness: ‘I’m shot, but I don’t think it’s that bad.’
“He says, ‘I’ll be all right.’ So Ryan, as far as I know, is fine.”
Sources told CNN that everyone obeyed orders to surrender except Finicum and Ryan Bundy. Shots were fired but, according to the sources, it was unlcear who fired first.
At a news conference in Burns, Oregon on Wednesday morning Greg Bretzing, FBI special agent in charge of the agency’s Portland office, said that the remaining occupiers were “free to leave” the refuge, saying they would be identified at checkpoints manned by law enforcement.
“Let me be clear: It is the actions and choices of the armed occupiers of the refuge that have lead us to where we are today,” Bretzing said.
Bretzing declined to give details of the traffic stop and shooting incident, saying it was under investigation.
But Harney County Sheriff Dave Ward, his voice breaking, told the same news conference that authorities had hoped and planned for a peaceful resolution.
“If we (as citizens) have issues with the way things are going in our government we have a responsibility as citizens to (address those) in an appropriate manner,” Ward said.
“We don’t arm up and rebel, we work through appropriate channels,” he said. “This can’t happen anymore. This can’t happen in America and it can’t happen in Harney County.”
