Marcus Chambers, Superintendent of Schools in Florida blasted former Vice President Joe Biden for his now infamous “then you ‘aint black” comment.

In light of Joe Biden’s most recent “then you ‘aint black” gaffe, some are pointing out it’s far from the first time he’s said something highly offensive to minorities.
In a speech to Iowans last August, Biden said “Poor kids are just as bright and just as talented as white kids.”
