She could not get any support and sympathy from her in-laws.However, she was confident that her husband would understand her feelings. She told everything to her husband and received ‘talaq’ in return.Nasreen, who currently stays with her parents, was quoted as saying, “When I read the message I went numb. I couldn’t believe what I had read. Just three words; talaq, talaq, talaq.”“I felt violated. I thought that he would stand by my side through this, to help me through the pain of it. But I was wrong.
