A South American celebrity sent a touching message of support to a severely wounded 15-year-old terror victim who had been looking forward to the show in Tel Aviv.
Argentinian pop celebrity Lali Esposito, who performed in Tel Aviv last week, sent a heartwarming message to a young victim of Palestinian terror who had been looking forward to the show but instead is being treated at Hadassah Ein Kerem Medical Center Jerusalem hospital for severe wounds.
Eden Dadon, 15, had been awaiting anxiously for the show, her mother said.
The teen was one of 21 victims of a suicide bombing Monday, when a bus exploded in Jerusalem. She was among the most severely injured; her entire body was burned. Asleep in the hospital, she is breathing through an artificial respirator and on anaesthetics.
Hamas has claimed responsibility for the horrific attack, which was cause for celebration in Gaza and some areas of PA-administered territories.
Esposito is well-known in Israel. At the initiative of the daily Yediot Aharonot, she sent a moving video message in Spanish to Dadon, saying:.
“Hello Eden, this is Lali, I’m sending you a big, big kiss. I think you must understand something in Spanish, because I understand that you are a fan of mine and all the works I took part in. I want to thank you from my whole heart for all the love.
“Everyone came to me in order to speak about you and how you’re a devoted fan,” the star continued. “Let there be no doubt, the next time I come to Israel you will be in the front row, enjoying the performance. I love you, kisses.”
Although she has a long road to recovery, the most recent update from the hospital indicates that Dadon’s condition is stable and her life is no longer in danger.
