WATCH: Hava Nagila by Gad Elbaz

Superstar Israeli singer Gad Elbaz released a new music video in which he sings famous Hebrew song ‘Hava Nagila’ on the streets of Paris in response to terror.

Israeli superstar Gad Elbaz filmed the it on the streets of Paris to show solidarity with the Jewish community of France and of Europe in general, which is witnessing a rise of anti-Semitism unseen since the days preceding the Holocaust.
Elbaz, a Sabra, lives in Israel and has been writing and singing since the age of four. He began his famous music career performing live with his father, Benny Elbaz, and producing four albums together. He began a very successful solo career and produced a number of albums. His music is enjoyed around the world.
Hava Nagila (Hebrew for “Let’s Rejoice”) is a well-known Israeli folk song composed in the early 20th century. It has been played by the likes of Elvis Presley, Neil Young, Bob Dylan, Harry Belafonte and others. It was one of the first songs designed to unite the early Zionist enterprise.
